Level D&I Solutions is hiring a recruiter to help our organization grow. Ideally we are looking for someone with 2-3 years of staffing experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for open positions
Conduct interviews via phone / video
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Create a pool of diverse qualified candidates through creative and traditional sourcing methods
Provide a positive candidate experience and ongoing communication regarding status throughout all stages of the recruiting process
Qualifications
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
2-3 years experience managing full-cycle sourcing, recruiting, hiring processes either in-house or in a professional agency
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Experience using sourcing channels such as an ATS, CRM, social media channels, internet job boards, networking sites, and professional organizations to attract both passive and active job seekers
Strong relationship building capabilities with stellar interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to prioritize workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Our location preference is Columbus, OH. but we are open to remote work for the right candidate.
Salary: $40,000 base + 10% commission on all placements
